Absolutely. If your order is defective, we will refund your purchase price and cover the cost of return shipping. Because of our low prices, we do not offer refunds on journals that are not defective. In the rare instance that your order is defective, you must first contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending journals back to us. Unauthorized returns will be refused, without a refund, so please contact us prior to attempting a return.
